About your account
Why is there no password?
We email you a link instead. It's quicker on a phone, there's nothing to forget, and nobody can guess it. Each link works once and then expires.
What will you email me about?
Only what you ask for: sign-in links, plus alerts for the schools you follow, such as a new Ofsted report or new results. Every alert email has a link to stop it.
Do I need an account to compare schools?
You need one to build and keep a comparison. If someone sends you a comparison link, you can open it without signing in.
The link says it has expired. What now?
Links work once and only for a short time. Enter your email again and we'll send a fresh one. If you opened the email on a different device, that's fine: the new link works anywhere.
